Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps? You’re not alone. Thrive Clarity Coaching is a flexible and supportive way to gain neuro-affirming clarity, direction, and consistent guidance—without pressure or rigid schedules.

Designed especially for neurodivergent thinkers, my coaching combines 1:1 sessions, structured reflection, weekly personalised feedback and support via text, all within your own private coaching portal.

How Thrive Clarity Coaching Works

​This isn’t a one-size-fits-all programme. Thrive is tailored just for you, giving you the space to reflect, plan, and grow at your own pace—while having ongoing access to expert guidance.

Start with a Free 1:1 1-hour Clarity Session

  • Your journey begins with a 1-hour private coaching call to explore your goals, challenges, and how to make Thrive work best for you.

  • Choose between fortnightly accountability & direction sessions (20 mins)  OR fortnightly deep-dive sessions (1 hour)

  • Each week, you’ll complete an entirely optional short and simple reflection form to check in on progress, struggles, and what’s next. In response, your coaching includes weekly voice-notes or texts—designed to fit your life and neurodivergent needs.

Access Your Private Client Portal

  • All your coaching responses, bespoke resources, workbooks, and video/podcast recommendations will be stored in your own private coaching space, accessible on any device.

  • No need to check emails constantly or get lost in WhatsApp groups. Voxer (a voice & text messaging app) keeps our conversations clear and easy to manage.

  • As a Thrive Clarity client, you’ll get free access to all future courses, webinars, and workshops I develop—giving you even more tools for growth.

Each week, you’ll gain clarity, direction, and momentum—without feeling overwhelmed.

Work & Career – Navigating neurodivergence in the workplace, career changes, productivity, and burnout prevention. Relationships & Boundaries – Understanding your needs, improving communication, and setting boundaries in a way that feels good. Daily Life & Executive Functioning – Organising your day, week, month, and year to support your goals, creating systems that work for your brain, and making life easier. Finances & Money Mindset – Budgeting, tackling financial overwhelm, and building a relationship with money that feels empowering. Health, Nutrition & Exercise – Finding realistic and sustainable ways to support your physical wellbeing, without guilt or pressure.  Mindset & Self-Compassion – Reframing self-doubt, unmasking, and embracing your unique strengths. Making Time for You – Prioritising yourself without guilt, finding moments of rest, and making sure your needs don’t get lost in the busyness of life. Study Support & Accountability – Whether it’s studying for exams, completing a course, or working towards a big project, we’ll create a system that works for you with gentle accountability to keep you moving forward. ​ There’s no pressure to work on everything at once—we focus on what’s most important to you, one step at a time.

  • How much time do I need to commit?
    Thrive Clarity is designed to fit into your life without adding stress. The weekly check-in takes just a few minutes, and you can go through feedback and resources at your own pace. Choose from 20 minute fortnightly sessions (best for accountability & direction) for 1 hour fortnightly sessions (best for deep dives and true mindset shifts).
  • What if I forget to submit my check-in?
    No worries! You'll always be sent a prompt, and if you need a break one week, that’s absolutely fine. Thrive is about support, not pressure. It's completely optional.
  • How do I use Voxer for coaching?
    Voxer is a free messaging app that lets us chat via voice or text without cluttering your inbox. It keeps our coaching conversations separate from WhatsApp so you can focus without distractions.
  • What kind of resources will be in my private portal?
    I’ll add tailored workbooks, videos, podcast recommendations, and tools that are specifically relevant to your journey.
  • What if I want more in-depth support?
    Thrive members get exclusive discounts on 1:1 coaching sessions, so if you ever want to dive even deeper into a topic, you’ll have the option.
  • What happens if I want to cancel?
    There’s no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime, and your portal will remain accessible for a short period so you can save any key insights or resources.
