Meet Your Neurodiversity Coach

Certified Holistic Life Coach and Mind Body Practitioner 

At Your Neurodiversity Coach, I provide life coaching services for neurodiverse individuals. I'm Gill, and I have three children, one of whom is autistic. I also self-identify as neurodiverse (its great we have free assessments in the UK but the wait can be a long one!). 

Finding ways to support neurodiverse individuals and their families has been a central focus of my training and I am now a certified Holistic Coach and Mind Body Practitioner. 

 

My coaching sessions help neurodiverse people and their families understand their diagnosis, manage their specific traits and help them avoid stress and burnout as a result of living with their condition.

This isn't therapy but the results can be therapeutic

Coaching is different to therapy - it focuses much more on the 'here and now' and takes a strength based approach and the power of positive psychology to create goals and move forward.
